It was an exceptional experience! I have been to Divine nails in Puyallup a number of times over the years and have only had one bad experience, which was made up for as soon as it was brought to the owner’s attention, she personally called me. It is very comforting to know the owner cares enough to take the time to want to hear about the experience and will make sure to make it right if you leave unhappy. Quality Manicures & Pedicures with great customer service! Highly recommended.

I've been here a few times. Very expensive for lack luster service but convenient location. But today was my worst experience at any nail salon ever. I won't step foot in here again. Today my friend and I scheduled mani/pedis together. My manicurist insisted on taking me to a station away from my friend, no big deal really.
