No one answers the phone or emails! Been trying to get my results from a scan and the doctor no left practice.

This clinic has the worst service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. They never answer the phones or emails even though there's usually 2 or 3 people at the front desk. I don't know if they enjoy ignoring the phones and email, or if they never actually worked in the first place. The only saving grace was our doctor who unfortunately moved to a practice out in Langley or Surrey. I’ve seen Dr Omar Shafi couple times this year . He is a very experienced Dr with great knowledge. Efficient . Really appreciate . And I love this clinic has very good location and calm peace atmosphere. . The staffs are very friendly. Thank you 🌹🙏

Extremely unprofessional! The clinic manager Human has no manners. I asked him why I was never notified about my doctor's clinic being changed because I've been trying to get an appointment online and it wasnt working. Nor did I get any email. His tone became very rude and ill mannered. He did not even listen to what I had to say fully. Rule 1 of customer service is empathy and listening to the customers concerns first. Then you acknowledge how they feel and then mention whatever you have to. You don't say "woah, before you ... read more
