The bigger blonde lady (Can't miss her) ended up taking one of my eyebrows almost completely off. When I confronted her, she pretended that she couldn't see it. Finally, she said "Oh sit back down and I'll fix it." Fix it?! How?!? Are you going to glue the hair back on? When I asked for my money back, she simply said "We do not do refunds."
