I have crippling anxiety when it comes to hair salons and Joan made me super comfortable! She’s so personable and easy to talk to. I originally came in for highlights but Joan didn’t want to risk damage due to myself applying hair product a month ago. I trusted her judgement and she took the time to do 3 separate applications.
