I went here for the first time to get my natural hair washed, blow dried, and trimmed. The shampoo lady, Jamya, did a good job washing my hair and the steam treatment felt amazing. Also, I had a positive experience when I interacted with one of the owners. However, my negative experience began when Jamya started detangling my hair without conditioner.
