My services from beginning to the end from the time I walk into the door to the time I leave out of the door I always professional. I originally started going here just to get a wax, but after experiencing such a superb customer service I began to get all of my services had divine lash and beauty bar I will highly recommend this establishment and give it a 10 out of 10 from beginning to the end.
I booked with divine lash & beauty bar for my birthday maintenance. Ashley did my lashes, eyebrows & wax. The whole staff was kind and welcoming. Ashley made me feel extremely comfortable. I loved my lashes & overall experience was great! 1,000% recommend
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. During my appointment, the technicians were more focused on their personal phone calls and loud conversations with each other than on providing a professional service. The lash technician continuously poked my eyelid with tweezers and was rough while attempting to isolate my natural lashes. My eyes also burned and watered due to improper taping. Been a client for a while now and each visit is an excellent experience. Clear communication, with automatic reminders via text. Clean and comfortable environment. And my lashes, I love every time—Ashley listens and ensures I’m satisfied before leaving.
I booked with Ashley who at first gave me a bad impression . I sat around 40 minutes before she started on my lashes and she was on the phone through out my whole appointment which I feel too aided in my lashes not being up to par. At first i had issues with the fullness and durability of the lashes. I booked for volume set but didn't feel I got my moneys worth.she told me she wanted me to be happy with my lashes so she fixed the issue right away.
