If I could give negative stars, I would. In my experience, the service has been extremely disappointing. After taking payment, there have been long delays (years in my case), with reasons like weather or being busy given repeatedly. I felt misled and frustrated by the lack of progress and communication.
Avoid. End of story.
Do not build with this company. We had the worst experience and had to engage a lawyer to get our deposit back. Save yourself a lot of heartache. I do not want others to go through what we went through. Do not deal with this company
After almost two years of handing over a deposit to manage a subdivision construction project, we had to get lawyers involved to exit the contract. Divine homes just struggled to execute the DA conditions, due to lack of experience and incompetence. Divine homes had no certificate of insurance, and communication was non existent, they never responded to phone calls or emails, I alway found myself having to go into the office to demand to speak to them.
