My mother was getting occupational, speech and physical therapy services as well as wound care. Most of the providers were pretty good. Speech therapist Rene was/is awesome!! The wound care nurse was a completely different story. She would show up whenever she wanted without EVER asking or even notifying us when, she would leave her car running (with her kid inside) because she would only be there about 10 minutes before she would run out the door.
