Don't consider this agency if you're seeking care for your love ones or employment . This is a very shady and sheisty company‼️My 79 year old father who has dementia was sent a caregiver that took total advantage of his condition. The care givers didn't show up just as often as they did. They were supposed to be there 4 times a week to help my Dad. At least twice a week, they wouldn't show up or call off after they were already supposed to be there. Dad would call the office, and they would apologize and say we'll call you back. Most of the time, they didn't. There was never a replacement sent that day, which was no help. The reason I gave them 2 stars is that when they did show up, they did a decent job.

What a great agency, my mother is currently a client here and I just love it. The staff there is very helpful. They always keep me informed on my Mom’s care. The caregiver is always on time and very hands on with my Mother..

I love Divine Ms. Kisha is the best, she’s very thorough and compassionate. My mother and father both receive service and the caregiver that comes out now is the best. We’ve only been with the Agency a few months but I’m glad we made the right choice. The Darnalls
