The sitter for my Mother has been excellent but as far as being able to get into touch with Owner of this company is hopeless! I needed to talk to her after hours and when I tried to call the main number it kept going to voicemail for 5 hours. Finally after 5 hours of going to voicemail the GIRL on call told me her phone had been died that is why she hadn't answered! Still no phone call from the owner!
