This is thee worst health care company I've ever dealt with. They can't lift. They can't cook. They can't communicate with clients. THEY DONT TRY THEY DONT APPLY THERE SELF. THEY WANT SOMEONE TO HOLD THERE HAND AND DO EVERYTHING FOR THEM SO THEY CAN SIT AND BE ON THERE PHONES!!! I WOULDN'T LET THEM TAKE CARE OF A DOG LET ALONE A HUMAN. DEFINITELY DESERVE NO STARS.
People beware of an aide named Loretta she started her first day 8/20/21(ended pay period for that week) doing pretty good: after that she chose when and what she'd do for me as for my services never providing my 3 day weekly epsom salt foot soaking necessary for my foot therapy. Today 9/1/21 she sabotaged my laundry after repeatedly letting her know (all week)my pants and shirts must be washed in cold water she washed them in hot water and shrunk my cold water clothes. She then folded them up wet so they'd mold if I hadn't ... read more
