I called to make an appointment as a new patient because the doc was highly recommended. Sent in paperwork via email from two different email accounts. No response. Called left a voicemail. No response. I’m not sure if my personal information is being compromised at this point. I will be making a formal complaint to appropriate entities about this because of my personal information disclosed and no response whatsoever.
I have been seeing Dr Chinery for several years and the practice is amazing. The staff is efficient and friendly, while Dr. Chinery is knowledgeable and takes time to answer concerns.
I showed up at 10:38am because I thought my appointment was at 10:45am. I found out it's actually at 11:30am. I waited. I was still waiting at 12:30pm. This is one of the reasons I hate going to see a doctor. I stop trusting in doctors years ago. It took me 5 years to make build my faith an to make this appointment. I'm done. If God don't do it for me, it won't be done. He still able.
This place is AMAZING! I’m so happy I chose this practice and did NOT consider the negative reviews. The staff is SUPER POLITE & the facility is pretty and IMMACULATE. Dr. Debrah C. is intelligent, THOROUGH, easy to talk to as well as TEACHES you about PROPER nutrition, etc. She is also a great and patient listener. I followed her diet/ better way of eating EXACTLY for ONLY one week and saw UNEXPECTED GREAT RESULTS. The new way of eating is easy and I didn’t feel like I was starving!
