Reflexology: I have been to Liz twice now for 60 min reflexology sessions. It feels better than 90 min massages (from good therapists). Her reflexology makes me feel balanced and whole, and even several days after her sessions my whole body feels balanced and stress/tension free. It's a feeling I find difficulty describing, but I HIGHLY recommend her.
