Excellent customer service from this company. Just had new hardwood install, couple of touch ups addressed by Scott today and we are very happy.
Fairly unimpressed with the customer experience. I moved into my new place a few years back. Knowing I had warranty on the carpet through Truman, I reached out to see first how much it would be to upgrade to hardwood. After that, I asked about replacing my carpet with warranty, got a professional cleaner to come in first based on their recommendation followed by them saying I'm not under warranty even though the neighbor directly next to me got her carpet swapped out no issue. Samantha was the worst. She was rude all the time. Didn’t return calls. She seriously needs some customer service training. I wouldn’t say to not use them, but I would say if they give hon Samantha then as for someone else
