Went through divine flooring to order tile from Ames. Was told by Ames that the tile would be ready within 4 days, after the delay from divine flooring (3 days to get quote/ place order) we didn't get the tile until 10 days later, delaying our project. The sales rep Samantha did not alert us when the tile was ready- telling us to contact Ames ourselves, only when I called to inquire about the tile. Disappointed with the customer service and the delay with our project, would not recommend them.

We have there product in our entire new home. I personally wouldn’t recommend these floors. We got the higher end LVP and it’s not durable at all. After one year of living. Many dents and flooring edges coming up. I’ve had much cheaper LVP in my last house and night and day better quality. Don’t dare drop a fork in your kitchen because you’ll see it forever
Excellent customer service from this company. Just had new hardwood install, couple of touch ups addressed by Scott today and we are very happy.
