Divine hardwood are the best in the city. My initial flooring when I built my home in 2004 was done by them. It was beautiful! I 2013 pipes burst when my furnace light blew out . Divine hardwood replaced the entire flooring of the stairs and lower level Again it was absolutely beautiful . Later I had damaged spots from a Leaking pipe. Absolutely horrible experience, very rude woman named Jen I spoke with. Would not reccomend as their customer service is atrocious and they couldn’t even answer questions about their own product.
Had them install 90K worth of flooring and tile in my new home via a builder. A couple of months after install we were able to remove the protective covering to reveal the 40K worth of engineered hardwood flooring. To our surprise the product didn't match the product we had ordered. We contacted the sales rep and requested to match the samples in the showroom against the floor that was installed (a ten minute job). I constructed a home in Calgary, which is a high-priced market, and opted for flooring that is two levels above the standard choice. However, the installation quality is unacceptable. There are gaps large enough to fit a toonie, and the transition to the bedroom carpet was poorly handled, leaving the carpet to end abruptly with a noticeable gap. Fantastic experience with Divine Flooring! They came highly recommended to fix a very uneven basement slab. Their advice was brilliant and honest, their workmanship was top-notch, and the price was very, very reasonable. They completed the job within about a week from their quote, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely be referring their services to everyone.
