This company was so professional and responsive. They included many helpful suggestions for the type of floor that would work best. Working with them was seamless and professional.
Went in to see some options for carpets. Ordered a sample. Said it would take a week to get in. After a week I called for them to say it was never put in, to then say they put it in and to wait a week. Yah never got my samples. Why not be upfront with people if you are not willing to let them buy or have samples? Makes no sense, communicating to customers is key you’d think.
