So great to meet Jim and check out the store for the first time. Made the pork ribs with some marinade he had displayed and it was exactly what I wanted. Added fresh picked veggies from the Bistro and I had a 100% farm-to-table meal. Definitely going back for all of our fish and meat needs! Thanks Jim!

Excellent seafood and meat. We've been going for years and years; best on the western slope. Had issues with pre-ordering but the food is fantastic! Would highly recommend any of the oysters, fish, beef or lamb.
