I had a great appointment as a new patient! The staff were very helpful, kind and friendly, and the appointment moved along nicely. The optometrist, Dr. Mubarak, was wonderful, super personable, a great listener, did additional measurements to make sure my prescription was perfect, and made me feel really comfortable. The optician was also great, communicated clearly about glasses selections and pricing, and they have a great selection of frames. My experience is always filled with laughter with Dr Silvia Jones I'm always comfortable with the staff. Always met with kindness and professionalism, and patience . Not feeling presured about picking out frame of many choices. for my eyes ,we all know that can take time in choosing lol Thankyou all.

I had such a good experience here. The staff was SO friendly and helpful! They also were just about the ONLY place in columbus that accepted my medicaid (humana healthy horizons). But really 10/10 do recommend , good selection of frames as well
