Not a bad place to live. Its a pretty quiet neighborhood and most of the neighbors are pretty nice. The apartment remodels are very nice. Maintenance is great!! They always come within about a day of putting in a request. I wish parking was a little better, but that can't really be fixed, other than maybe assigned spots. They just need to get the playground done. Overall, a pretty decent place to live.
There isn’t a nicer, more economical place to live. The management always listens and sends maintenance for any and all needs. They are courteous and well-informed. Great PR!!
The town houses are nice inside but the property manger is absolutely horrible to deal with and has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a property manager. Quick to judge and will send threatening texts over the same issue multiple times even after you have taken care of it. Maintenance guys are great and easy to deal with. If they got a new property manager it would be a great place to live.
