Blake said it all. The places are nice and maintainance is great. The management sucks to deal with. It is definitely not very family friendly. And the playground has been closed with nothing done to it in almost 2 years. But now they're complaining about kids playing outside in the front. Maybe fix the playground. Not a bad place to live. Its a pretty quiet neighborhood and most of the neighbors are pretty nice. The apartment remodels are very nice. Maintenance is great!! They always come within about a day of putting in a request. I wish parking was a little better, but that can't really be fixed, other than maybe assigned spots. They just need to get the playground done. Overall, a pretty decent place to live.
There isn’t a nicer, more economical place to live. The management always listens and sends maintenance for any and all needs. They are courteous and well-informed. Great PR!!
