There isn’t a nicer, more economical place to live. The management always listens and sends maintenance for any and all needs. They are courteous and well-informed. Great PR!!
The town houses are nice inside but the property manger is absolutely horrible to deal with and has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a property manager. Quick to judge and will send threatening texts over the same issue multiple times even after you have taken care of it. Maintenance guys are great and easy to deal with. If they got a new property manager it would be a great place to live.
I cannot recommend Divine Estates enough! The management is great and so helpful! If you need anything, Erin is your gal!
Not a bad place to live. Its a pretty quiet neighborhood and most of the neighbors right now are pretty nice. The apartment remodels are very nice. Maintenance is great!! They always come within about a day of putting in a request. I wish parking was a little better, but that can't really be fixed. I'm hoping the rocks in the park get replaced with something safer before summer. Also hoping the community laundry gets operational once the last couple apartments are finished being remodeled. Horrible management! Bought a home 6 months prior to my one year lease being up and they made no attempt to rent it out! I advertised but they rejected any applicant! Maintenance team is amazing!
