I got a silk press in February and have been trying to reverse the heat damage they caused me since then but no luck. I loved my curls and am so heartbroken that SO MUCH of my hair won’t revert back at all. Before this I had no heat damage at all, just some spilt ends. WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS SALON: Please be careful before spending your money here. I paid over $500 for a hair color service over time and almost 1,000$ services at this salon that somehow is always done incorrectly, specifically this one time my roots being a completely different color from what I originally requested and from the color THEY themselves had previously done on me before.
