We had an amazing experience with Divine Design. They were very knowledgeable and guided us through our kitchen renovation from start to finish. They communicated well, their installers were professional, and their prices are amazing!
OK as far as work goes but horrible in terms of execution and customer care. I don't recommend.
William is good, great designer. However we ran into many communication issues along the way that honestly could have been easily avoided. William would raise our concerns to Luis as he seemed to understand the communication gaps. Luis was very dismissive. He kept on saying the issues were not issues but miscommunications because “they were too busy”. We are so pleased with Divine Design! They are very professional and courteous. We were very concerned in the beginning on how our kitchen renovation would go. But they've guided us from the beginning (design and materials) until the end(construction). Can't thank Luis and William enough for all the attention to details and guidance they have provided us! 100% recommended! See you in future projects!
