I have had very pleasant experiences with cleanings here in the past, but in today's visit, Elena performed the most painful cleaning I've had. She was very tough and imprecise. This confirms my partner's recent experience here of another painful cleaning with her. To add to that, they seem to be inefficient at record keeping; they ask for lots of information repeatedly making a visit here rather inconvenient.
I was happy to experience a pleasant, thoughtful and attentive staff. The dentist was ready and thorough, taking a problem and meeting my needs.
Dental assistant was friendly, informative and the service was excellent!!
