I recently had a filling replaced on a cracked tooth, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Heidi was professional, thorough, and made sure to explain everything clearly, including letting me know I might experience some discomfort afterward. She knows I hate needles and get uptight with the drilling. She went slow and handled me with care since she understands my anxiety about dental procedures.
