First of all it took them a year to build the house, secondly they added a low quality cement floor for the small back porch, and watered down paint that strips off with tape..third when cracks appeared on the entrance they refused to fix it.. then sink holes began to appear on the side of the house and when they had the open house someone took a piece of stone from the crap outdoor style shower they did.. then the representative from pilgrim insulted my credit score while we were on the phone, totally disrespectful.. and ev... read more
