This man is brilliant! I admittedly had a mess of a hair dye gone very wrong. Cesar was kind, patient and was able to not only do some color correction but also one of the best haircuts I’ve had in my lifetime. I can’t say enough of how kind and patient he was and have the professionalism he showed through his skill.
Cesar does a good job with hair. But he is not willing to hear any feedback at all if it is negative. I tried to tell him that my neck hurt after he gave me my last cut. It was not the shampoo bowl, but the roughness of positioning my head. He did NOT want to hear that! He kicked me out of the salon. I have never met such a rude, moody and uncaring person. Find someone else!
Have been going to him for many years. Always does a fantastic job on my hair. Highly recommend!
