I was very disappointed in his inconsistency because of the high reviews, was hoping to finally find a professional who knows hair. Caesar did admit he was not good at styling but was great at hair color and cuts. The first time I loved the cut and color. Second time the cut was a disaster and will takes years to grow out and correct.
