Cesar doesn’t know how to be professional with any customer. DO NOT GO HERE he will be rude as all get out. Also can’t be professional enough to get an actual shop and instead cuts out a rundown looking house
Been going for 25 years and love his color and cut . I drive from downtown Asheville and I know he has folks come from much further away.
This man is brilliant! I admittedly had a mess of a hair dye gone very wrong. Cesar was kind, patient and was able to not only do some color correction but also one of the best haircuts I’ve had in my lifetime. I can’t say enough of how kind and patient he was and have the professionalism he showed through his skill.
