my biggest complaint is with his staff, his nurse is rude and arrogant. office manager does not return phone calls and is a liar, no follow through!
He and his staff are professional, efficient and Dr. Devine listens and answers questions thoroughly
He rushes you out. Sometimes without even physically checking you. If you then ask him additional questions regarding his diagnosis he get's angry.
