From looking at pictures, this place does beautiful work but the customer service I experienced was awful. I made an appointment to come in on Saturday at 3PM with Shauntel. I drove an hour away to meet with her and she never showed up. When I called her to see where she was, she made it seem as though I lied about the appointment. Additionally, she was very unremorseful about the inconvenience that her and her staff caused me and continued to say no one would have made me an appointment for that day. We would like to reiterate what you and I discussed over phone in the middle of an event setup on Saturday, July 22nd--like most well established event planning/decor businesses, Divine Celebrations has not and will not in the future book a consultation on a Saturday during peak wedding season (April-September). There are no words to describe Erin's professionalism, talent and love for what she does. It is an honor to work with her any chance I get. Wedding planners are a necessity, but wedding planners who KNOW the business. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!
