I have been coming to Divine Brow & Lash twice a month for the last 4 years straight, and not once have I left disappointed. I’ve actually been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 16 years, so trust me when I say I know good work and they are consistently precise, clean, and professional every single visit. R. U. N!!!!!! Went in two months ago to have my eyebrows threaded. As the girl was taking longer than usual I asked to look at my eyebrows. I instantly cried. They looked terrible!!!! She took so much off. The owner kinda laughed but offered to do tint for free until my eyebrows grow back. As you know it takes q while to have eyebrows grow out again. She refused to do the tint for free the next time when I walked it. Terrible service and terrible customer service.

If you want to wait far past your appointment time, book here. If you want no accountability and complete disregard for your time, book here! I couldnt believe the disrespect I experenced from not one but two of the eyelash specialists here. I booked a same day appointment that was available on the website, then subsequently called to verify that they truly had the opening and could take me at that time, they confirmed yes!
