Charge me 20 dollars for tint & didn’t thread eyebrows with it , talking about I have to pay for that separately , threading was 15 & tint was 20 I had to pay 41 in total , OVER taxing that should of had been 37 something , then didn’t even do a good job , never going back .
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this eyebrow shop. The facility was noticeably unclean, and the tools did not appear to be properly sanitized. Hygiene should be a basic standard, yet it was clearly lacking here. The owner was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Rather than addressing concerns with courtesy, she responded with a condescending attitude and dismissiveness. It was clear that customer care is not a priority.
