I am extremely disappointed with how my hair turned out, especially considering the very high prices charged for the service. I came in for full-head highlights one week before prom, and the stylist gave me high hopes that she would be able to achieve the exact color I wanted. That reassurance made me feel comfortable choosing this salon, even though I was originally considering going back to another salon closer to my home where I previously had balayage done and absolutely loved the results. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this hair salon. Before starting the service, I was clearly told the root touch-up would cost $45. But when it came time to pay, I was suddenly charged $67 including tax because they claimed I had “more long hair.” This was never discussed beforehand. If there were extra charges, they should have informed me before starting the service instead of surprising me at the counter. The service itself was terrible.
