They don’t listen to what customer wants to do with their hair. I was explaining that I don’t have much volume in my hair, so I just want to do a trim, she didn’t pay attention to what I am saying. Called in advance to schedule my appointment upon arrival I was told she needed 45 mins and if I chose to come back and she’s done earlier That she will not wait and leave. Despite the woman getting her hair done expressing she was okay with her pausing and doing my eyebrows (5-10 mins service max) the lady responded with no I can’t it’s already late.
