I had to sit through Monica repeatedly making negative comments about international students. It’s disappointing. Just because her own children may not be as forward thinking doesn’t give her the right to generalize and speak poorly about an entire group. Perhaps she should focus on addressing issues in her own home before criticizing others. The customer service experience was awful and the overall atmosphere felt toxic and unwelcoming. A negative 100000 aura.
Worst customer service, rude lady, she did threading so fast and rough.
Went here for the first time today. Their pricing was good for upper lips threading. I came in and she did them so fast and very rough. I have very sensitive skin and she was just going over it multiple times. Not taking her time at all to get all the smaller hairs and she didn’t do a good job at all. I paid and left very disappointed won’t be back.
