I scheduled an appointment three times, and every single time, I received a text message on the morning of the appointment saying it was cancelled. I’ve emailed, called (the number leads nowhere), and texted repeatedly with zero response. If they actually show up, maybe they do good work — but the scheduling process and communication are absolutely terrible. After trying to get them out for over two months, I finally gave up and called another company. Ridiculous.

Alex performed quality work on my 17-year old unit. The board went out on my a/c. Like anyone else on a budget, I searched around and received quotes from 3 different vendors. Alex, was in fact, the most cost-effective and he diagnosed the problem and fixed my unit the same day. In fact, I now trust his company to install a new unit for me.
