My PPO medical insurance changed from United Healthcare to Humana starting 1/1/26. My doctor and Inter Mountain are still listed under their network. When I give my new insurance card to the front office personnel upon arrival, she only checked her list and said my new insurance not accepted. I asked her to contact Humana, she refused and act like none of her business.
