Cannot recommend Arturo and Divewatchdoctor highly enough. I had my father's 1998 Citizen Promaster Aqualand Duplex Titanium (caliber C506) sitting in a drawer for 15+ years and wanted to get it running and back to exploring again. Citizen corporate turned me down flat saying the watch was discontinued and they couldn't service it. The US authorized service center (Hurley Roberts) was willing to take a look but quoted 2-4 months for the whole process with no upfront pricing.
