I called this place and the guy who answered was very friendly. When it came time to pick up my Citizen Dive Watch, he brought it downstairs, we chatted a bit, and I departed. He was very informative, interesting, engaging, and knowledgeable. This took place in May of this year. So I feel bad about the unnecessary delay. But let me say this: With the price charged, top notch service, and the knowledge of this gentleman, there is no need to go anywhere else. As long as he's in business, I'm a customer. No doubt about it!
The ABSOLUTE BEST customer experience I’ve had in years. Super communication. After my watch was perfectly retuned to me, the owner even TALKED to me on the telephone for ten minutes, answering all my watch questions. Oh, how I wish American businesses still cared for customers like this GREAT business does.
I loved my watch and sent it to Citizen when it stopped working. Big mistake. I came across an advertisement for Dive Watch Doctor. On contacting them by email, I immediately knew this was a competent company. Arturo responded very timely and I sent the watch to him. One week later, watch fixed and all is well. It is rare to come across a company that so competent, communicates well, prices very reasonably, and is just a pleasure to do business. If you have any hesitation, put it behind you and contact Arturo.
I found Arturo with Dive Watch Doctor after being told that my Citizen Hyper Aqualand watch battery could no longer be replaced because parts (sealing gasket) were no longer available as per Citizen. Arturo answered the phone and assured me it was no problem replacing the battery, gasket, and pressure testing. He turned the watch around in a day, maintained great communication, and was fairly priced. He also set the time and date on the watch for me. I highly recommend his services. Thanks, Arturo.
