Divestic ventures LLC I know and witness someone who worked with them. These are the people that were suppose to close on their house. They called 1 hour before they were suppose to close and canceled. After they had their house all packed up. Truck loaded, spent money only for them to cancel and hour prior to closing. Which cause them to lose their contract on their next home and refuse to give them their money back for the inconvenience.
These people are a scam! I was living my life, minding my own business when I reviewed a phone call from these people inquiring about my home, which was for sale but not on the open market. They called me several times until I listened to what they had to say. Finally I they made me an offer of 215,000 for my home closing in 2 months. I had a contract on another home which I needed to close sooner. It seems to me this is a quite get rich scam they are very unprofessional by calling one hour before closing just to cancel and on top of that not willing to pay all the money back.
Scam artist….they are trying to contract you to get title control and flip your house at their time and convenience with a contract that revokes any rights you have as the rightful owner but they don’t disclose it and ask them for proof of funds before you sign and they will give you a fake preapproval from some investment club person they link with to try to look legitimate…ask for a bank statement to show they have the money to match their cash offer and you will find out their contract is not reflection of the business th... read more
