Jessica Bearden NP is the absolute best. I went in for pellets and Botox and she was so gentle, friendly and all around knowledgeable about what plan I needed. I have never met such a compassionate and loving person. The staff there is beyond words and their kindness and professionalism was exceptional. I’ve been wanting a place like to go to and I am so happy we have a place In winter haven now that offers such exceptional services and even amazing people. Had a very good experience with all the staff as well as the nurse practitioner! Explained everything and made injections painless and quick. Will definitely be coming back!!
I met Clay and his team at Polk Pride and immediately knew I would vibe. Had my first appointment at the beginning of the month and not only did he take his time going over all of my concerns (there were a lot) and listening to my goals moving forward, NOT ONCE did he make me feel like I was over reacting or just "needed to lose weight"! He ran a full diagnostic panel of labs and called me personally to go over the results once they came back. This practice is amazing and I am so happy I found them!
