PHENOMENAL doctors and personnel. Doctors Abu-Medeine and Frazier literally have been life savers more than once. Anyone looking for a fantastic family doctor should seriously consider one of the Diversity Health clinics. ALL of the doctors are very experienced and thorough.
Don't go here if you value your time. Appointments near start near the scheduled time. Completely inefficient.
I was sent to this facility by Anthem because all the other doctors in my area stopped taking Anthem insurance. I needed a referral for a specialist. I was told that she would give me my referral but she would need to draw labs first. I let the lab Work be done and this happened in September 2025 it’s October and they still will not give me or send my referral. Waste of time and money I filed an appeal with Anthem.
I have seen all the drs at the Ludowici office and they are great !!!!! This place is busy but the Dr I see takes her time and is a very good person at helping you with your health and any referrals you may need !!🩵🩵
Terrible place, I needed a prescription for my eczema that I was using for years before I got pregnant and while I was pregnant. She sent her nurse in as a messenger saying she wouldn’t give me the prescription and to just use eucerin. I demanded to speak with her, and she sent her nurse back saying if she has to come in the room, it will be an extra charge. I was there to see a Dr. not a nurse.
