Once found out I had Cigna insurance, the person hung up immediately after saying they would send a link with practices who does accept Cigna. Seems pretty reasonable, but this was after several text messages over a two week time span and always urging to do a phone screening. Why not just put this into a text screening of accepted insurances? Would have saved both parties a ton of time. And they never sent links to practices that do accept Cigna. Since I began my sessions with my counselor J. Matos in February of this year, my life has changed in such a beautiful way.
