I recently moved here and was looking for a local physician for my botox treatments. This "spa" has an amateur charading as a professional. If you want droopy eyelids, Spock eyebrows and a fully functioning glabella (post injections) this is your gal. I had an extremely unpleasant experience, and the LPN never even looked at my chart prior to emailing me back.
