We got our taxes done here last year and it seemed something wasn’t right. My father received a noticed from IRS for taxes stating he owes $1800. Called Miguel and he said he would fix it because it was a mistake. After that initial phone call, he has not returned any of our messages. It’s been 3 weeks. We’ve called the cell and office. Left at least 5 messages. It’s very unprofessional. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Will never use them again. Be ware
