Requested someone look at my pool and give me an estimate for getting the water back to blue and to repair all damage created by Hurricane Helene. Took 2 weeks for 2 men to show up. I was told I would have estimate for getting water back to blue in a few days; unsure of how long for pool repairs. Weeks go by and still nothing. Woman calls me asking what I had wanted them to do. It’s been months now with nothing from them. Apparently they don’t need my business

Negative stars Do not give Diversified Pools & Maintenance a single penny. We gave them over $13,000 (Insurance Money from Helen) to repair our pool (new 5ft steps and liner installed). We paid upfront in good faith that the job would be handled as swiftly as possible. Promised done before summer. Was promised a tracking number on new steps that was never ordered. To start off, I genuinely hate to be the one to write a negative review about a local business, but I would hate for anyone else to go through the same things we are going through. We have been serviced by Diversified Pools & Maintenance for years. We had a liner installed years ago, purchased a pool vacuum, and were using their monthly pool cleaning services. Do not use this company. After paying them $3625.00 in November for liner replacement nothing was done for 5 months. So then cancelled the work and in their contract they have 15 days to pay back my money. Well it’s been 4 weeks and nothing.
