I recently had some significant tree/storm damage to my home in Fairfax County. My insurance company brought in DPS and I'm very grateful they did. DPS management was professional and responsive, and their workers were quick, courteous, and most importantly - skilled. 10 out of 10!
This company stole my money and won't return my call!! I paid for a replacement of my 1st floor windows 2 months ago and they have yet to come and install them. I spoke with Sherry the owner on multiple occasions and she yelled at me saying they were on back order. I was Flabbergasted !! When I told her to cancel the order she responded that no cancellation was possible. Now she won't return my call!
