I am extremely disappointed with how Diversified Property Management handled my rental application, and I seriously question their integrity and professionalism. On the day I viewed the apartment, I was greeted by an ethnically Chinese property manager who spoke Mandarin. I paid $30, received the application form, and submitted my application and supporting documents. Please beware of doing business with this company we were a good vender and they didn't pay there last 2 bills of 43 thousand dollars Terrible company to deal with your making a mistake doing business with them we are a family owned business and it hurt us bad,,,,,,

I recently applied for a rental through this property management company and had a very disappointing experience. The showing was unprofessional from the start — the person who arrived looked completely unprepared and acted like he had just rolled out of bed. Communication throughout the process was poor. Calls were rarely returned, and when someone did answer, they were rude and dismissive. I visited this company today through a referral regarding some rental issues. The owner, Freddie, greeted me with a warm smile, a friendly demeanor, and a knowledgeable attitude. He answered all my questions professionally and patiently, and surprisingly, he didn’t charge me anything. I have a strong feeling that he is a trustworthy gentleman who will take good care of you and your properties. Talk to him and give his company a try.
