I rented a home in a very nice area and great neighborhood. I was told everything would be in working order and cleaned. However, this was untrue. This property manager with this company was aware there was an infestation of German cockroaches in the home months before I moved in and there were several plumbing issues. No properly working toilets, clogged tubs, non-working appliances, and was very dirty.
