Genuinely been pretty okay as far as landlords are concerned. We haven't been overly hassled and they are pretty responsive to maintenance requests.
Was going to give two stars until I received my security deposit on move out — we lost 84% of our security deposit! For our privacy we will omit most the property details for which we stayed. The unit upon move in had various quirks, including several scuff marks on the walls and an interesting odor. Throughout the year our fridge and microwave had broken, to which a shift in management had occurred and had taken Diversified 30 days after being notified to go through with the replacement! these people don’t even know how to properly schedule a showing, definitely wouldn’t recommend anything having to with them at this point, they suck.
