I can't leave less than a 1 star or I would. This company has just taken over the property management for Horizons at Barnegat . No one returns calls. For 3 days I have been going in circles to locate this company. If the information I needed was not important I would not be so bothered to deal with them. My attorney will force Gail Page(Prop Mgr) or stand in to give info needed to close. At my cost! I am so glad I'm getting out of here. The last management company was bad but this is much worse.
