Our house was in significant need of siding replacement. We hired Diversified Plus Construction to replace the original 1960s cedar shingles with James Hardie Plank. Along the way they installed new windows, fixed rot and bug damage, upgraded our sun porch, and the list goes on. Finished product was excellent, but some patience may be required. Initial communication in the months leading up to the job were difficult at times, though in fairness to Jack he explained there were issues outside of his control and he gave us a $500 credit. Communication once the job started was excellent. Final product came out great, and the price was right.
We hired Diversified Plus last year to re-side our house with Hardie Board siding and replace skylights. Jack Ricotta and his crew completely transformed our house! It looks so good and so much better than before. He expertly placed board and batten on my roof peaks precisely as I wanted it. We are so very pleased with the work of this company. Diversified plus did an outstanding job on our siding project! Our house looks amazing and the job was done on time and at a fair price. They also provided very useful advice and input on design/colors. I highly recommend!
