I would give zero stars if I could. Dealing with Diversified Partners has been a nightmare. They trap small businesses in long, one-sided leases and then dump all the maintenance costs on the tenants. On top of that, the way they treat people is awful. Kelly Gartner in particular has been rude and unprofessional — not just with tenants, but even with her own staff. There’s no sense of partnership here, only pressure and disregard.
