RecommendedWe recently had our Donzi in Diversified Marine for a makeover. From the first contact to the final bill this company has been exempalry. In this day and time it’s hard enough to get someone to return a call little lone do what they say. Diversified Marine’s response and communication sets a high bar for their competitors. Diversified Marine absolutely ROCKS! Just had Zac work on our 23 ft cuddy cabin IO that was backfiring. Zac communicated throughout the process by email and phone with details of how the work was going and what he was finding. This has been my best experience ever with service for a boat or car! I have been a boater all my life and a boat owner for several decades. My biggest complaint about service--nobody does what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it, for the cost the quote. In the boating service industry this is an epidemic! I've dealt with Rob and Diversified, and they've provided timely and excellent service. They're dependable, and have given complete care for anything regarding my boat. I recently had my engine go out over a busy 4th of July weekend, and despite the work load I'm sure they had to deal with over the holiday, they responded promptly and got the engine sorted out and working, and I'm now back on my way. As a boater, I'm used to boatyard people being unreliable, often grumpy, and sometimes plain rude... to say nothing of mildly incompetent... and that's when you manage to get a hold of them at all. DMS (and Jose, in particular) proved the opposite. They responded quickly (same day) to my online job query... They got Jose out to the boat and performed a thorough and accurate survey of the problem (which was completely unrelated to what I thought it was)... and provided the solution, all for about $200.
