Bad experience with this company and my gas fireplace. Originally scheduled a maintenance/cleaning appointment. Shortly after, the gasket fell out of place. Another tech came out and said it needed to be replaced. The first tech didn't realize that? Paid to replace the gasket. Thought it was done right, only to realize later carbon monoxide was continuously leaking out because the gasket was installed incorrectly. Gas company had to come out and test. Diversified has been maintaining my rental property heating system for years. In 2024, I had them add an AC unit. On installation day, they discovered major problems with my electrical systems, which could have been a dealbreaker for the AC installation. They worked through it with me and the electrician until it was completely resolved. They were a perfect partner in a crisis.
