Devon was thorough with his inspection of my heat pump system. Besides his professionalism and courtesy, Devon explained everything to me so that I fully understood how my system should operate and what to expect going forward. He listened to my concerns and advised me with how to operate my system should the frigid temps return. Because of all of these amazing attributes and more, I prefer that DEVON handle all future scheduled maintenance of my Trane Heat Pump. He's the best!
Devon & Grant did a great job at our house, I really appreciate them taking the time to explain my heating system and answer all of my questions with great patience. I’ll definitely use Diversified again.
