I have been using Diversified Heating on a semi annual basis to do HVAC maintenance. They are great communicators, called to remind me about scheduling, and their staff has always been efficient and courteous. Abbie came out this time to do our service appt for the furnace & ac units. She also got all the bugs out of our gas fireplace and made sure it was in great operating shape for the winter
The technician was not only on time but a little early, which was great. He was very professional and how he handled himself very knowledgeable on the furnace and fireplace that he was working on. He did a very good job and I would recommend Him and your company to a friend!thank you for your service. I appreciate It
Sunshine came investigated the problem and fixed it. I trust Diversified to help even when Im not home. She called me and reviewed the problem and how she fixed it and summarized the costs then emailed pictures & the invoice. Thank you so much for your help.
