Diversified Heating & Cooling is an excellent company and my technician Sunshine is the BEST! I just want to convey my gratitude to her and Diversified for always taking good care of my ductless heat pump. I appreciate all they do 😊 Outstanding✨
Technician was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and very conscious of being tidy.
Thank you, Sunshine, for your timely inspection of my HVAC system in Bend, Oregon, and for the clear and concise documentation regarding the compliance of my system. Thank you also, to Theresa, for the wonderful customer service you provide, including your clear and kind communications. I'm remote, and it's always difficult secure quality service for my home away from home. Sunshine and Theresa made it simple and a VERY positive experience.
The tech was fabulous iam sorry I don’t remember her name and the office staff was very helpful
Called in advance to indicate arrival time which is always appreciated. Grant introduced himself and asked appropriate questions about the workings of the heat and air conditioning systems. He answered my specific questions about the filter. The front office staff were professional and friendly Great to do business with Diversity. Thank you all!
