After a week on no-shows and no-calls I finally was able to get an appointment to have my AC fixed. An hour AFTER my appointment time I received a call that they didn't have my part. No call ahead of time to cancel or anything. I was stuck taking time off work just for them not to show up. Even better, they had their supplier call and take the blame rather than being responsible for their own business. Had a tech show up and tell me what was wrong with my system and that they would call back with price it fix. Never heard back from them even after following up with them. Bunch of jerks took my money but now don't want to do the work.
We live in 29 Palms and the summers are HOT. Our central air was holding up well as it has for years, but then suddenly stopped cooling! We tried troubleshooting it ourselves but couldn't fix it. We found Diversified HVAC and were able to get an appointment for Friday. The technician, Patrick, was absolutely amazing! He is a fantastic guy, very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
