Our experience was great. Nick was very nice and his appearance was on point. He was great at explaining everything to me that was going on with my system and keeping me updated when he was done cleaning. Anathea was great on the phone, explained the process and let me know the name of the technician that was gonna be coming to my home. I give the service from phone call to the end at 10 out of 10 and will definitely be repeat customer for my system.
Changed fuse in water cooler. Thermostat works fine now.
We had been through several AC repair companies and could not get anyone to come out to fix the coolant leak in our mini split system. One company even told us that it couldn’t be fixed after taking $800 for a fix that didn’t work. Then tried to sell us a new system for $15,000. In one day we had Diversify recommended by two different people.
