I recently rented 6 scissor lifts with DFM & had a great experience. They are based locally, and are independently owned. Meaning very easy to get in contact with! Bryan & Cody were both very helpful in coordinating our delivery and thorough in answering any questions I had. Not to mention, the prices are hard to beat. My review only stems from a "customer service" aspect. I reached out to Bryan Schatz after seeing a forklift unit for sale online. I'm always weary of online communications and transactions, so I was cautious at first. Our baseball program was in need of a lift to repair our facility. They dropped the lift off the same day which helped us complete our repairs immediately. Without their help we wouldn’t have made it work. Very responsive and always professional. We will only use Diversified moving forward. Great work, highly recommended!!
