Excellent service. Our technician was friendly, courteous, thorough and very knowledgeable.
Zachary and David came to our house! They put in a new regulator on our propane tank! Zach replaced a rusted pipe that lead to our grill. I have added a photo of the new connection to our grill! Zach found a slit where the hose meets the connector! That would have been a real issue! Job well done! Came in the house and checked the fireplace, cook top and hot water heater as well as our Generac! Attention to detail was amazing! I highly recommend Sharp Energy!
Zach was an awesome young man. He was very professional & thorough in checking our LP tank, as well as connections for proper use. He was great inside our home servicing our fireplace for us. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
Zach called with his time of arrival which I very much appreciated.. he was friendly, VERY well informed , neat & tidy with a VERY messy job.. told me VERY important things about my fireplaces that he was working on that I didn't know in the 39 years I have lived with them!! Awesome young man with equally impressive work ethics!
Zachary and David came to the house to service my fireplace. I’ve been having issues with it flickering on and off, I thought there was an issue with it, but they did a thorough cleaning and it works perfect. I appreciate them, not trying to up charge and repair something that didn’t need to be done. We have been using Sharp energy for 10+ years now and I’ve always had a great service.
