Zach was very polite, professional & efficient. This unit has not worked in the past 4 years, but in a little over an hour, he had it up & running & did all the needed safety checks to ensure all was working properly & safely. Thanks for a job well done

These guys are the worst. I was with JT Lee and Sons for a few years and never had an issue. Sharp Energy bought them out and I've had nothing but problems ever since. These guys let me run out of propane on a Friday evening so I didn't have any gas for the whole weekend. These guys cut my water main while working on their tank and put a junk patch on it which failed. My water bill went from $80 to $320. These guys out in a service order and for 4 weeks never came out to do anything. I went ahead and paid for my own plumber.... read more
Oof these guys are the worst. Their customer service is horrendous. They buy smaller companies, then charge rental fees and upcharge their propane way more than what you would normally pay. Their service guys are terrible, I'll have 35% on my tank and they won't top it off then it's another month without them even coming by to check. Do not pick these guys. Edit: I'm not sure what calling or emailing will resolve. One of my issues is that I call and you tell me someone will call me back that day or the next and then another ... read more
With a snow storm coming I called them Starting Monday said they would be there 4 days being ghosted by them. Finally called again Friday they made the excuse their out of Gas. Really. I'm 75 to me that was so disrespectful. They have my money but I have a little gas left to get thru this. Yes my name is Colleen Schafer and I'm mad for the way they treated me
