Zachary Bailey came out to make the final connections to our outdoor kitchen appliances. Very thorough, very professional, walked me through everything. Great all round young man. From the initial meeting with Tim and Mike, who were very knowledgeable and nice, to the actual prep setup and installation by Dave and Zak, who were also VERY nice we are very happy with our new fireplace insert and logs.There was a few setbacks because of the old unit that had to be removed, but they made sure everything was done right and safely. We are very happy with the whole process and feel like we made a few friends along the way. So happy to have a working fireplace for Christmas. Thankyou, Anne and Gary Dolinsky
Zachary was extremely professional, thorough and explained all features of the work and how to keep my fireplace running efficiently. He also noticed that my tank outside was not on a concrete slab and put in a work order to have this done. Very impressed with Zachary
