This business does not stand by their warranty. I had two hand piece turbines replaced by them. Both failed immediately. I sent both back again. They were returned un-repaired with an excuse of “warranty not covered due to customer abuse.” “Burs of incorrect diameter used.” This was simply not the case. It was explained to me that they had to engineer/manufacture the turbine for the hand piece b/c the manufacturer no longer made the part. These replacement turbines are of poor quality.
